Booking information
20% deposit payable at time of booking. The remainder payable 8 weeks prior to rental period. A refundable damage deposit of £300 is required with final payment.

Early bird: 15% if start day is more than 26 weeks away
Early bird: 10% if start date is more than 20 weeks away

Suitability We are sorry but the villa is not suitable for wheelchairs, the elderly or infirm. Due to the layout of the property, the pools and the desert planting the property is not suited for toddlers.
